Premature ejaculation is a far more widespread problem than most people are aware of. In the study it was found that three quarters of the men had an orgasm within 2 minutes of vaginal entry! On the other hand, he found that 70% of woman needed 5 times that amount of sex length in order to achieve orgasm.
Rather than any specific length of time, I would much more broadly define premature ejaculation - as an insufficient ability to delay orgasm. The statistics show that the vast majority of men do not have an adequate level of control over when they orgasm.
